I don't think this is possible.
Setting up domain names and hosting web sites costs money. Unless you can find someone who is willing to pay for these things without wanting anything in return, you can't do it for free.
Advertising is how sponsor sites recoup their losses from domain control and running servers.
You can get your own domain name, at least, by registering for one (less than $10 per year) and having it forward to another site that may be hosted somewhere else.
Check with your ISP; they may give you free hosting, (but you'll still need to get the domain name).
Sign up with Googlepages.com, they don't put up any ads on your website .
yess i dont know how but keep trying
try hosting remotely, use appserv, if your isp blocks port 80, you can use port 81. however for the website to be on your computer has to be on aswell
