how to make blue eyes pop? (like what color eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow) and how to make fair skin look bright and pretty??How to with makeup? Helpp please?
One of the best ways to make blue eyes pop, is using some golds and browns. Although, just about any color works.


Look 1:


Put on a light gold eye shadow from the lash line almost to the eybrows. Put on a shimmery (not sparkly, there's a diff) dark brown from the lash line to the crease of the eyelids. Next, take a small brush and with a dark purple, gold, or any other dark color, sweep it along the crease and put a little extra on the edge. Keep it medium/fine. Take the brush and blend it all in. Next use just a fine line of medium/dark brown eyeliner. Always use black mascara to make those babie pop! :)


Look 2: Smoky/night out look


Put on a light gold eye shadow from the lash line almost to the eybrows. Put on black eyeshadow on the lids. Put on some darker black eyeshadow on the crease and edge. Blend. Use Black or black/brown eyeliner.





Other stuff:


If you want to make you skin look bright and pretty always do this before any other make up. Put on a dab of concealer on your blemishes and rub it in gently in small circles. Put on either liquid or powder foundation. If you have dry or peeling skin, i would reccomend liquid. Brush on a light, gold or white shimmery powder over your face. Or you can buy a brightener and sweep it over you T-zone.


You can always wear lip gloss, or light lipstick.

uh i disagree with every1 i like when people with blue eyes wear black think liquid if ur good at putting it on only!! it really really makes ur eyes pop a lot good luck uh and for skin i just bought about 3 hours ago a new foundation by uh let me check its Loral true match it was 9 25 or so at ulta its really nice and u cant feel it on your skin its great good luck oh and blush get a very light shade of blush and then black mascara and pink lip gloss good luck you'll look beautiful

highlight cheek bones and add a flush tint of light pink.
Yellow-green eyeshadow. To make skin look bright, use foundation. Golden mabye. Use black eyeliner.
