Easy hair styles/dos for thick, curly, short hair...?

I wanted some new ways to style my hair, it is curly and almost shoulder length (a little above)...


I am looking for something besides straightening, ponytail, bun, etc type of styles. several ideas that are pretty and simple and how-to


one example is like putting all of the curls to one side (and how-to)


with pic if possible

- Half up with a clip or hair tie. I also like doing it without a clip. Just twist the upper layer into a bun and pull the end through. That way your hair doesn't get caught on the clip. I also love these:

- Side parted hair with the front section clipped to the side. I like to use little jaw clips, but bobby pins will work if your hair isn't too thick.

try wearing a french braid it actually looks really cute with curly hair, but remember to use some anti frizz spray or gel after your done braiding otherwise it just turns out a frizzy mess. good luck (:
