desperate for answer! If sand, iron, salt, acid, and sawdust are all mixed together how will you separate them without using water?
Can you use fire? After removing everything else. Use the fire to burn the salt. Or do you need it to be solid?

If you need the salt, try a small grain sifter and the sand will be left behind. If sand, iron, salt, acid, and sawdust are all mixed together how will you separate them without using water?
Well, crush it with a hammer. The salt should shatter into tiny pieces and the sand should not. Then run that through a filter and the salt and sand should be separated.
