hi i am 15 finally got a good girlfriends and i wanna look good and i am like 5'1 so i need to grow so i wanna work out but i need to no how to with out any equipment and places to go to work out and what food i should eat any at all i am 149lbs so its sad :( but any help please shoot it my wayHow Can I Lose All My Weight?
okay the dreaded answer sacrifice and pain okay lets start, no more high calorie or fatty foods check the label and see how much fat/calorie is the food containing.Avoid eating out ex. mcdonalds, in%26amp;out, panda express, etc. Also dont get really salty,sugary, or vinegary foods because usually they are high in calories. now im going to go to what you should eat breakfast:cereal,fruit salad,toast,canadian bacon,kirkland real egg,low fat pancak mix. lunch;a wrap(try chicken and salad),salad,low fat kirkland pizza,etc. dinner; sushi,fish,soups,low fat whole grain pasta,chicken quesadias,grilled cheese. dessert/snacks;quaker oats rice snacks,low fat yogurt and fruit mixed,grab it,yopaliat,activia,etc. good luck im also on a battle 2 !How Can I Lose All My Weight?
You lose all your weight by vaporizing into thin air. What you want is an ideal weight for your age and build. Eat a balanced diet. You cannot work out without at least going out for a jog. You can't cook without heat.
