Im sick of spending money on diet programs...?

I've had it with diet programs and downloading pointless things that clame to make you loose 20lbs in 28 days. can anyone just tell me how to with out having to go to a stupid web site, starvation, or spending money???Im sick of spending money on diet programs...?
They only work if you let them But you have to follow the rulesIm sick of spending money on diet programs...?
losing weight with out being part of those programs or pills is easy!


try watching what you eat, like getting the right amount of veggies and fruit. also have a work out plan, like go running a couple times a week or go to the gym. this process may not work as fast as starvation, but its the healthiest way to lose weight! (:
Stop wasting your money on diet programs. There is only ONE way to lose weight: eat healthier and exercise a lot. Everyone know this, but they still try to find these stupid shortcuts to losing weight. Those don't work, you just need to lose weight the real way. Diet programs are just scams.
here's what worked for me some guy made a joke about my weight and i ';trained'; my stomach to eat less all you do is eat a little less with each meal and soon you'll be getting full on just a little bit. NO BED TIME SNACKS AND EAT BREAKFAST bed time snacks just sit in your stomach while you sleep and that's never good because you cant burn it off so you get fatter
try working out, and having balanced meals. try 3-6 small meals a day. measure your food. and work out for at least 30 mins up to 45. there is no cheating on this crap. i myself am trying to lose weight, gimmick programs aren't the way.
I lost weight eating the same food i love but just smaller portions and eat slower you'll get fuller faster...try it it really works drink lots more water this is good for you and it helps keep your stomach full. Oh yes before i forget exercises!!
Keep yourself full with lean proteins and drink a lot of water so you won't be tempted to pig out on foods that are bad for you. Allow yourself one cheat meal a week.
Try lowering your calories and exercises.

Sike yourself out. Use a smaller plate, eat less and watch those carbs. Potatoes and white bread add lots of pounds.
Just eat healthy! Maybe also go for a jog every moring and you'll be fine.
its true eat 1500-1600 calories of healthyish foods and exercise it worked for me i lost 40lbs
