It's exactly the same as in previous versions - quick way is to pres Ctrl key down, hold it down and tap the grave key, the one next to the No. 1 key, top left of keyboard. To return to data view, simply press the keys again, has toggle effect. Don't forget to set our page to landscape, possibly fit one page to one page, and widen the columns because if you have long formulae they might not be displayed in full.
just put a ' in front of the = sign at the beginning of your formula.
